CromaLuxe HD Metal Printing…'State of the art, Art’

A High-Definition CromaLuxe image, of your chosen artwork(s) is professionally crafted onto an ultra thin 1mm solid metal plate, using fine art inkjet pigments, heat and pressure, a transfer image of your chosen artwork is vaporised into a special coating on an aluminium plate, the result forms a permanent bond to the solid metal base which is coated with an ultra vibrant gloss, giving each piece a reflective glass like quality, completed with softened edges at the exterior points for a beautifully crafted, smooth gallery quality finish.

The backing of the metal plate is left as a clean slate, by design, allowing for versatile display options or future framing should you wish to source.

EP’s - Exhibition Pieces

In addition to the open edition LP-luxe Prints detailed above, during times of exhibitions, collaborations and showcases, a one of a kind, larger, 50x50m EP- Exhibit Piece of selected works is curated and created. Each piece of artwork showcased, in this format, is a one of one, signed and certified, gallery quality high-definition metallic print, which is expertly sealed, on a metal base, under high grade acrylic glass, giving each piece a unique black mirror effect to the surrounding area of the central element presented. The reflective quality of both the LP & EP pieces, is intentionally designed to reflect the nature of the primary element of each piece, although some pieces are, to myself at lease, quite elemental in their composition, and categorised as such, they also have a Rorschach-esque effect to them, as each piece lends itself to be interpreted by the viewer with the reflectiveness of each piece even offering them to see themselves in the black outlines of the artworks, as they view them, in their physical form.

Each piece is professionally framed within a matte black aluminium art box frame with a 25mm depth and 4mm shadow drop, which gives the central piece the illusion of levitating within the inner frame

Size Dimensions-50x50cm (approx. 20x20 inches) Price- £1,500 +Delivery Fee.

  • In order to produce and deliver to you finished pieces of original high-quality artworks, that are as true to the images and content seen and described throughout this site, please find below some further insight with regards to the fundamental differences between digital images and printed products, should you wish to better understand the differences between them.

The Visual difference between Digital Images & Printed Product explained…

When you look at an image on a digital screen it is using a combination of red, green, and blue pixels (RGB) to add light to your black monitor and create the best representation of the image. The addition of light to make colours means this is referred to as an additive colour space. Printed images add cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink (CMYK) to cover the white of the paper to create images, though some printers use additional colours, the theory is the same regardless, as you are effectively removing light by adding ink this is called a subtractive colour space. Both these methods use a slightly different range of the colour spectrum and as such the results can look different. Please also note that there may also be colour variations depending on the set up of the digital screen via which you are viewing images and content throughout site.
